Woohoo, southern soul food!

I think when I wrote my exchange preferences I wrote far too much, and I feel really sorry for my Santa for that. Sorry Santa. I'll try to write less next time :)

I'm a single person, cooking only for myself. And someone who loves cookbooks and cooking; for myself, which many cookbooks don't really cater for. But Santa did delivery not only two cookbooks that are so full of yummy recipes that I can cook for myself, but that also are about a region I don't own books about yet: The Southern States! Soul food! Love. Yumminess! This is exactly what I never knew I needed :) Unfortunately these books swam over the Atlantic instead of taking the plane, and thus arrived a bit wet. I'm currently drying them very slowly, and while they might look a bit wrinkly in the end that's fine because cookbooks are meant to be used and not displayed in perfect state :) Santa also added a fridge magnet with conversion tables between spoons/cups and grams.

This has been such a fabulous exchange and I can't thank you enough Santa. And also thank you to your wee one for helping you packing it all up :D
