One person's trash could be another person's treasure! This exchange is about quantity not quality, and slightly being open to the mystery of being sent anything. Your task as the gifter is to fill a shoe box of stuff from around your house that you don't want and post it to your giftee. Items should however still be in reasonable usable condition or sealed where appropriate. Auntie give you an ugly necklace for your birthday? Chuck it in the box. Never gonna eat those instant noodles at the back of the cupboard? Chuck it in the box. Are you ever going to use that frisbee again? Chuck it in the box. Etc etc etc.

What is 50 Before 50? Essentially it is a list of 50 things that you want to have completed by the time you are 50.

You will send your partner a list of 50 items that you have, or would add to, you own 50 Before 50 list.

They do not have to be expensive or even that exciting, but they do need to be things that you want to do yourself. Examples are: try an avocado, visit Canada, learn how to put makeup on, learn Italian, go skinny dipping, and eat caviar dipped in gold.

Store bought cards only, sent naked (not in an envelope). Write something on the back, some ideas are: a list, recipe, your favourite movie etc.

Cards are sender's choice.

I'm tired of being single. I have tried so many different things to try and meet someone, so perhaps this will help. I thought it would be super fun to get a postcard, write a CLEAN description on the card of what we are looking for, include a generic email address, and send it to our partner. How many people might read that card as it travels through the world. You never know what might come your way as a result.
