I love tea, I drink tons of it and have developed a taste for fancy fruit teas over the years. Years ago, on my first trip to Germany, I discovered German fruit teas. I am still jealous of the choice of teas that is available in German supermarket, with so many options of good quality! Especially compared to the choices we have in either countries I lived in... You can imagine how happy I was when I saw that the parcel for the tea exchange was coming from Germany!!
So, today, arrived this big parcel full of teas, and it is absolutely perfect. There were four boxes of tea bags, all in tastes I have never tried before and am very very curious about, and most are from a brand I really like so I'm sure it will be great! Then, three very big bags of loose tea - as it happens, one of the bags is a tea that smells exactly like another German tea I really really love and was out of stock! So this is perfect, and the loose tea format will allow me to drink it in my tea pot which is even better. The other two seem great too - I love strawberry tea and the black tea smells great! Then, my gifter included quite a few tea bags from their own personal collection - I love this, it will allow me to discover even more German teas :D
Another absolutely perfect thing included in the parcel is a bag of caffeinated hot chocolate. This is going straight into my 'I didn't know how much I needed this in my life' list - when I excitedly showed it to my partner they described it as 'double addiction', which I felt was perfectly accurate :'D So, I will be savouring this bag, and I am already looking up websites to stock up on it when this bag will be finished (which will probably be way too soon).
Last, but not least, they included some lovely tea-related stickers, and some chocolatey snacks to go with all these wonderful drinks!
