Time for Book Club & Brunch!

So I just wanna say that so many people missed out on what was a really fun gift exchange- sending a Book Club possible book and a recipe or 2 that can go along with it.

Well, my gifter showed why many people did miss out. I received two books that perfectly meet my interests and one is actually a book one of my Book Clubs will be reading later this year.

1. The Last Bookshop in London- I love stories inspired by the history of WWII, I love London, and I am an Anglophile.
2. Middlesex- A very timely read and one my book club will be reading later this year. Plus the setting is in my home state.

Then my gifter sent me not only 1-2 recipes, but 8! All of the clipped from local newspapers, so very local to them. I can’t wait to try the Sausage Kimshi Quiche!

So my gifter hit a home run! Great book and recipe choices. Now the question is do we do a repeat of this exchange later this year???
