I am a physical therapist by trade and specialize in working with older adults with Parkinson’s Disease and dementia. I am a novice yoga/ tai chi/ qigong fan and want to learn and practice as much as I can for my own health and bringing mindfulness to my patients. I love the city of London and can’t wait to get back- the history, the culture, the theatre- is all amazing! My other favorite travels have been to Costa Rica and Hawaii- I need to travel so much more! I am an Anglophile and love shows based in Britain- the Crown, Downton Abbey, even Ted Lasso. Other binges- the Mandalorian (all the Star Wars content), Survivor, the Last of Us and White Lotus recently. I love elephants, maps or globes, theatre, the Smurfs, cookbooks, growing herbs on my condo patio, reading mysteries, The Harry Potter universe, and have a new love of legos in the past year.
