Hi there! I’m a primary care provider living out by Yosemite National Park. I used to be a medic in the Army, and a bartender for a while before and after that. I also used to be a van dweller, and I miss it quite often!

Within the world of medicine, my passions are wilderness and tactical care, but I don’t get to do those too often in primary care now!

During my time off I love to spend time making things in the kitchen, convincing friends to learn heavier board games, or putting in some miles on a trail.

My winter holiday tradition is typically to get myself a Lego set to build all day (this year I’m getting myself Optimus Prime, so don’t get that 😅), watch holiday movies, and drink very good beer.

Hope that gives you a bit of a sense of who I am. I’ll admit I usually enjoy the giving part of these exchanges more than the receiving, but knowing that someone’s thinking on me feels nice no matter what. Happy holidays!
