Christmas is my favorite holiday because it gives me a feeling of home, plus it is just a few weeks before my birthday! I listen to Christmas music year-round EXCEPT in June.

I love reading on my Kindle and am losing weight with a low-carb diet (very difficult with my baking hobby!). I like coffee, but my sensitive stomach disagrees. So I often make cold brews to lower the acidity of my daily morning potion. I like dark roast beans for the flavor and mainly because they have a lower acidity level.
