I found a template in /r/secretsanta that is pretty comprehensive so here:

• About Me: I'm a software engineer who went to the University of Miami. I love tailgating for UM football games, playing golf, playing poker, gaming (PS5, PC). I generally like RPGs and sports games. Other general interests are sports, technology and gadgets. I also have a 2017 Camaro SS so I've been getting some performance mods for that.
• What's your pie-in-the-sky secret Santa wish? (Like, if your secret Santa were a millionaire.) Pay off my student loans! Lol!
• Do you like tchotchkes, geegaws, or knickknacks, or do you prefer things that are primarily functional? I'm not a collector of things. I prefer function.
• Do you like to cook? Bake? I do enjoy cooking. I've recently gotten into cooking with cast iron thanks to Reddit. I also use my slow cooker and dehydrator to make jerky sometimes.
• Favorite alcoholic beverage, coffee, tea, or other special beverage? My go-to drink is bourbon.
• What are your hobbies? Golf (I've been spending a lot more time playing and going to the range recently), Gaming (PS5), Grilling out/tailgating (for Miami Hurricanes football games), Poker (I already have a great set of chips thanks to a previous Santa)
• Do you collect anything? Hurricanes memorabilia, Camaro stuff
• Do you have any habits or hobbies that you constantly purchase supplies for? What habit and what supplies? There's always something catching my eye to make our tailgates/hangouts more entertaining. New chairs, grill, grill accessories, tailgate tents and accessories (walls, cooling features) or DC converters to power things like blenders, speakers, tv's, etc. I've been getting into home automation. So far I only have a smart thermostat and Google Home, Google Home Mini and Amazon Echo. Thinking of getting some more smart lights, Nest doorbell, Google Mesh Wifi, etc.
• Do you like nifty office/school supplies? If not, is there some other category of small useful items you just can't get enough of? Not office supplies but I did move into a new place earlier this year and am really needing some wall art.
• Are you a member of a particular fandom? I do enjoy all of the superhero movies, Star Wars, Harry Potter but I have all of the Blu-rays. Other related memorabilia would be awesome.
• When you travel, is there an item you always make sure to pick up (local coffee or tea, shot glass, local snack, postcard, magnet)? What is it? I usually try to grab a shot glass if I'm in an interesting place.
• What is your favorite store-bought treat? What is your favorite homemade treat? Skittles or chewy candy? I'm not a big snacker
• What kind of books (or other reading material) do you like to read? I'm not a big reader of actual books. Mostly news and information about things I'm interested in on the internet.
• What kind of movies, TV, or video do you like to watch? Science fiction, superhero movies, Comedy (Hangover, Dumb and Dumber, Wedding Crashers)
• Do you like games or puzzles? What kind? FPS/Adventure for digital games (I have a PS5)
• What are your favorite colors? Any colors that you hate? Orange and Green. Unless it's for my car in which case grey, black, carbon fiber or red
• What size t-shirt do you wear? Large
• If you have pets, would you like to receive any pet-related things? N/A
