I’m a weird but hopefully endearing mom with three human children, though one has already moved out to be weird on his own. I have a habit of adding dachshunds to our family, but since my love alone does not make them immortal, we currently have only one. I am quite fond of plants, much to my husband’s chagrin, as I try to shove as many as possible in front of all the best windows. Crafting is my main hobby, with very few limits. I can sew basic stuff, embroidery, cross stitch, crochet, paper craft, paint…I do many things very mediocre. I wanted to be an artist, but truth be told I’m not good enough for anything like that. I still like doing it! Bob Ross is my hero, but after watching that documentary I stopped buying Bob Ross themed stuff. I grew up loving the muppets and Sesame Street and pretty much all things Jim Henson and still do. I enjoy mid century modern design. I play video games with my top favorites being Fallout, Dragon Age, Mass Effect, and animal crossing. I’m a big fan of crystals and I’m always at a rock/gem show if one comes to town. I feel like if you’ve read this far you’re wondering if we’re best friends now, and yes, we are.
