Bockpack

I have been using fountain pens since I was 10. I am no longer 10 (GenX, birthday November 18). Began doing calligraphy with the Shaeffer sets that was sold back in the day) but have since moved up). I have Narwhals/Nahvalurs, Birminghams, one Montblanc, some Lamy Safaris, (my first pens since the Shaeffers and the Montblanc which was my graduation gift from college, because I made those Shaeffers L-A-S-T) and anxiously awaiting my very first Pelikan…I like nibs to have some responsiveness and flexibility. Not a massive fan of inks that shade because I always thought that was an indicator of my lack of skill, not a feature! I love a slight shimmer on occasion, I much prefer inks with a sheen. My favorite color inks are forest and rich emerald greens, rich blues and indigos, and Tiffany blue/turquoise shades. Those are difficult because of the shading issues…but ¯_(ツ)_/¯ I am ALWAYS looking for a notebook that is made of “good” paper. I don’t have any cases or pen rests, boo.
