I am a collector of many things, especially skills and hobbies. As such I enjoy and appreciate the hard work and love that goes into what others make; regardless of the skill level of the maker. As such I take great joy in encouraging others to try new things and seeing the results of the labor. As well as the growth and learning that takes place as skills and hobbies are practiced and skills improve.

Growing up in a rural area I learned to hunt, fish, ride, rope and look after the horses and cattle at a young age. These are some things I still enjoy today.

I'm also a diehard husker fan despite the rough patch the football team has been going through the last several years. Fortunately the other teams have been playing very well and I enjoy watching the baseball, softball and volleyball teams.
