Chasing American Monsters

I received this wonderful book from my gifter! Organized by state, it details cryptids, monsters and generally odd beings from across America. More than 250 of them! Being a cryptid fiend, I love this. So many monsters I haven't heard of, and it's full of beautiful and quirky illustrations. The profile on each monsters is short, so I was able to skim and read some aloud to coworkers today. We will never not reference the Giant Cockroaches of California. What a riot!
