Leveled up Bread Game

Thank you Santa for the cookbooks and silicone liner for my bread! I’m into making sourdough, and the perfect loaf is the book from my absolute favorite sourdough person. I’ve heard amazing things about flour water salt yeast - and both books are going to look amazing on my living-room bookshelf!

The silicone liner is perfect for reducing my reliance on parchment and I’m so excited to try it out!
