A Heathen Holiday!

My Givin Gifter really went all out for me this year! They got me this amazing Lego Set, the Goat Boat from Thor: Love and Thunder, and I loved the build almost as much as I love seeing the set finished! They also got me a book that came highly recommended from some Heathen Spiritworker friends, "Elves, Witches, and Gods" by Cat Heath. And in addition they also got me a wonderful array of gifts related to my Norse Pagan religious practice: An herb bundle for smoke cleansing, some pink candles, fallen leaves scented incense cone, an Yggdrasil incense holder/metal plate, a lovely sticker which will be going on my laptop, and some Freya oil. (Yes, it says FREYA in runes!) They also sent me really nice notes along with the gifts wishing me a happy Yuletide and expressing their belief that all people have magic within them, a belief I hold as well. At a time of year where it can be easy to feel invisible as a Norse Pagan who celebrates Yule rather than Christmas, my thoughtful Gifter really helped me not only to feel seen, but to be thought of in such a kind, thoughtful, and generous way. I do not have the words to fully express my gratitude, but I hope you know you really did bring a lot of joy to my Yuletide, and I hope you and your loved ones have an amazing and blessed Holiday Season.
