I have been working on my body: losing fat and gaining muscle. I can see my abs again, but have had trouble gaining muscle. My gifter sent me some creatine and pumpkin spice protein powder to help me out! The protein powder whips nicely into frothy milk coffee (just add coffee). You can see some in my big mug right now!
