Operation Susie!

So, I actually signed up to surprise my aunt with a gift from a kind stranger for her birthday, and I could not have been matched with a more perfect Gifter! I was sent a message of questions, excitement, and what their mission name was: Operation Susie.

My aunt is a giver. She helps so many people, above and beyond, but tends not to do so much for herself. I thought that this exchange would be perfect. Even that word seems to be an understatement here! One of my aunt’s favorite things is anything cars/vehicles, and her Gifter just so happens to live in Indianapolis, where the home of the Indianapolis Motor Speedway is. My aunt was not only gifted a Gasoline Alley sign and an Indianapolis Motor Speedway Magnet from the Speedway, but she received some of her other favorite things, too!

Favorite cartoon: Tweety Bird, of which she got a kick out of this one being half dissected. Favorite candy: Peanut M&M’s (and chocolate. She said she loves truffles when she opened them!) She is very cold natured and her favorite color is red, so her Gifter picked out a checkered and cherries soft throw, and a cozy wrap with pockets! There is supposed to be a card from her Gifter coming, as well.

Today, February 15th, is Aunt Susie’s birthday. She was blown away and couldn’t believe someone she doesn’t even know would do all of this for her. She is in awe, very appreciative of her gifts, loves them, and she said thank you so much! She was also a bit speechless and wasn’t sure what all to say at the time of opening lol
