Thank you so much Santa for my gifts! Each one was carefully hand wrapped in beautiful Christmas wrapping paper. I waited to open then as close to Christmas as possible and I was delighted by the surprise!

First we have a bunch of new ink samples. In my notes I mentioned that I'd like to try new inks as my collection currently consists of 99% Diamine inks, but as I have small handwriting I tend to write with EF nibs so not sure I could go beyond plain inks.

Well my Santa went absolutely above and beyond by gifting me a variety of inks including some stunning shimmer ones, as well as a Parker fountain pen with medium nib that is going to handle shimmer inks well.

On top of that, Santa wants to teach me how to fish... I'm going to learn how to refill used cartridges instead of using converters like I always do. They have included a couple of standard blue ink cartridges. I think I'll suck the ink out and put them in vials because I can't possibly use them up quickly enough and I don't wanna waste them. Santa has also left additional advice on cleaning the cartridges and letting them dry via DM.

Last but not least a couple of pieces of rubber grips for disassembling pens. I have never tried it but do have a couple of cheap jinhao pens that I would like to swap the coloured parts. Something I've seen people do on reddit and I would like to give it a go. So this is going to be very helpful!

Thank you so much Santa! What a wonderful set of gifts, all beyond my expectations. Can't wait to try them all this year!
