Two Cards and Sticky Tabs?

I received a semi-thick envelope, and I was curious what is inside. Looking in, I saw not one, but two cards! Both cards are very beautiful and show the spirit of the Fall holidays. Inside was also sticky tabs that of various themes and designs. Thank you Gifter for the cards and sticky tabs!
