Crispy Little Cookies!

I was feeling a little run down when this box of pizzelles appeared on my doorstep. What perfect timing: I was just about to make some coffee! The anise on this brand is a little lighter than on some others, but it's still crisp and tasty. I am looking forward to enjoying these with my coffee for a little while.
