A new love for lentils.

My rematch Santa sent me a link to Rainbow Plant Life's Vegan Red Lentil Curry. Red lentils are full of protein, which is important to my diet, and this recipe has been delicious. Thank you, rematch Santa, and I apologise for this very, VERY overdue post; after all, the exchange was in January and it's now October! O.o
