Thank you so much for this gift! I am so happy thay you managed to find me so many local goods to eat although I have so many allergies. I already tasted the chocolate (mindblowing!) and the black pepper crackers - I'll have to find some good cheese to top the crackers with - and while writing this I tried the seaweed - I definitely need to use it in cooking somehow - nom! The black tea arrived at a perfect time, since my old stash is running out - and it wasn't very good quality tea (just something from the local grocery store), where as I trust Ireland in this tea matter a lot more! How lovely to start my mornings with a taste of Ireland for the next couple of months!
I love the book you found me! I am interested in lace - my grandma used to make it in the traditional Finnish way, and I look forward to learning what Limerick industrial lace is like!
