Just received a lovely, thoughtful gift of note/postcards!
The seeds and pods collection I think might be my favorite, as it sort of reminds me of these Bad Boys (& Girls) on display just a hop, skip and a jump away from me.

There's also a really neat collection of cards depicting all sorts of neat things: botanicals, lepidoptera, sheet music, Victorian era ephemera...
Last, but not least...it literally arrived about 20 minutes ago, another packet of cards featuring a variety of Early 20th century - post WWII images. Perusing the contents, I found WWII war effort pieces, advertisements, architecture (major Futurist vibe going on) and...cartoon characters! I was pleased to find an image of Tintin, as I sort of had a crush on him growing up.
