I'm currently running around the house like a headless chicken. So much to do, so little time. Then I remembered that the new exchanges will be published tomorrow evening. Thus time to finally thank my dear Santa.

Santa really communicated marvelously and told me it might take a moment. He (I think) selected this book with fresh vegetarian recipes for me, and I've already found a few things I really want to eat. Santa also sent a few handwritten recipes along. I was looking for more vegetarian inspiration without the not uncommon Dutch "buy quorn mince/valess steak", and Santa absolutely delivered. The recipes from his own selection also sound absolutely delicious and will be cook. Clearly 10/10
