As soon as I saw that a package arrived, I ran down stairs. I was so excited to receive something from a total stranger! Once I got back upstairs, I carefully cut open the box, and inside, to my total surprise, was a gift wrapped book! I wasn't expecting gift wrapped anything, but there it was, and that could have been enough for this giftee. Inside was a copy of the book “Rebecca” by Daphne Du Maurier. It was covered in tissue paper, so I gifted that to my cat, Jiji. I became intrigued by the cover of the book, and flipped it over. The synopsis made me want to immediately dive into reading, but I reminded myself that I needed to take pictures, and post my gift. So, here I am, very thankful to my wonderful Book Santa. Thank you, so much for picking out a book that couldn't have been more perfect for this historical fiction loving giftee. I can't wait to read it!
