I received a wonderful postcard with a Christmas tree on a frozen river early this week. My Santa also wrote a fantastic text wishing me very merry Christmas and a happy new year. the great thing is: My Santa is from the same town, and even went to the same university faculty I'm working at now. She knows the buildings and the people! This is so amazing and gave me very warm and fuzzy feelings.

Now, the thing is: I don't know if this card is from my original Santa or my rematch Santa. But I'm thanking you anyway because I'm sure you did all you could. It might be possible that this lovely card got lost by Royal Mail, and they found it back again and delivered it.

edit: And if this exchange wasn't confusing enough I received a fantastic Ramen cookbook from Amazon today. No note, nothing. Odd thing: This book was originally on my wish list, then it vanished in mid December and upon contacting Amazon I learned that someone had ordered this book, but for themselves and not me. And now Amazon sent me this book. So if this was you dear Santa then I would really love to thank you for your generosity. You rock!
