My postcards arrived a few days ago I think. Unfortunately I was sick and not at the office, and that's where the card was send to. Card? Three cards actually!

In my preferences I wrote that I would love to receive a postcard with a great landscape and maybe some local geology. I nearly added "unless you're from the Netherlands". Turned out my Santa is indeed from the Netherlands, and managed to send me a card with geology! Quite a few years ago when passing through I did a detour through the area and enjoyed the view from the Tankenberg, and looked at the Lutterzand (glacial sand deposits) and the Dinkel river. Wow! What's even more amazing is that I don't have any photos of that trip for some reason. And now I have! My Santa is psychic I'm sure!

My Santa also wrote a long, very lovely text on all three cards about her home. Thanks a lot dear Santa! Dat is echt fantastisch!
