(Update: I just finished my first cross stitch. The pattern was provided by my generous Santa. I also ended up getting some hands on help from a family friend. Who I will be seeing tomorrow so she can show me how to sew it onto a hat. Thank you again Santa. I think I have a new hobby now because of you. :D)

First I want to say my Santa was amazing. They personalized my gift, by adding in a design for a cosplay. I have been wanting to get into cosplay for awhile now and haven't only because I don't really have any crafting skills.

That was the main reason I signed up. To learn a new craft. I added that I wanted to cosplay as well but I made sure to let my Santa know that I just want to get into a new craft.

Either way, my Santa sent me a design for the cosplay. Along with some white floss, tapestry needless and the other items needed to design and turn the design into an iron on badge for my costume.

Alongside this my Santa also sent an awesome book on cross stitch designs and the basics of cross stitching. I really appreciate everything and love the little personalization about it.
