Received this proofing basket fo sourdoughbread! I already bake my own bread but working with a sourdoughstarter is on my to do list, still a little scary… this is a great motivator to get on it!! Thank you dear Gifter! I know a second package is coming so I will update when received! Update!! The second part of my gift came today!! Sourdough bread will soon be made, I received a starter! It is now well fed and in the fridge! (And Puma says thank you for the box!)
