I finally got all my books for the books gift exchange! The first two books arrived quickly, but the last one took a while. And I deceided to open everything at once and wait for the last book to arrive.

My Santa gave me three interesting books that I haven't heard of before (and that says something!) and they sound really interesting. I've gotten 'don't shoot the dog', about behaviours. I love books about habits and behaviours! I also got the book 'Bone Song' by Jonh Meaney. It is a 'novel of dark suspense'. I haven't read completely what's it about, because I love diving in a book without knowing what it's about. Especially with thrillers! My Santa told me that this is a great mixture of fantasy, horror and noir detective. That sounds like an interesting and awesome mixture.

Lastely I got 'Doctor Who - A writer's tale'. It's about the creative process during the making of Doctor Who. It's huge and there's also photo's inside.

There was also a postcard and a note with a list of reccommendations.

I was a bit puzzled about the Doctor Who, because I wasn't sure if this was from my Santa or not. Also I never posted anything about Doctor Who, even though I am watching the show and loving it so far. After reading the letter from my Santa I understood why this book was picked. And I really love the thought that went into it.

All three books sound amazing and I can't wait to start to read them. I do have some other books I have to read first, but I will put them high onto my list.

Later this month I'll be going to a 'writer's holiday', where I'll be writing a full whole week with other writers. We all bring books with us about writing for others to look into or read. I will bring the Dr Who book with me for sure.
