I'm so excited to see a new version of Secret Santa!

About me - I love my dog, Samson, a 10-year-old Rhodesian Ridgeback with arthritis who has officially entered into his golden years. He's not super smart as far as dogs go, but he's very loyal, loving, and cuddly and really - what more can you ask for from a a dog?

I live in Colorado and while I've always loved hiking, I've recently gotten into backpacking as well. I have been trying to beef up my gear with ultralight tools, gadgets, sleeping pads, etc.

I read A LOT. Mostly fantasy and sci-fi, but honestly - and don't judge me here - I do love a shitty little romance....especially if it intermingles in some sci-fi or fantasy. I'm too ashamed to post my TBR list - but suffice to know that it includes classic pieces of literature, self-help, fun fantasy adventures, and straight up smut. Lucy Score is probably my new favorite author, although I've only read her Riley Thorn series.

I have a PS5 and love some solid single player games. I've been playing back through The Witcher, just finished both The Last of Us games in preparation for the HBO show coming out, and next on my list is the new God of War. Once Bethesda releases Starfield I'll probably have to buy an XBox as well because that game is looks too good to pass up. I also really want a Nintendo Switch because who doesn't want to throw it back and play some Mario Cart from time to time?
