My Santa certainly filled the bill for awesome wrapping, wrapping my gift in a pass the parcel style with a surprise between each layer.

Starting with a plain brown-paper wrapper with pretty pink ribbons & a bow on top, and an attached note hinting at the fun (and pinkness) to be discovered inside! The brown paper was also hiding a whole heap of coloured scatters (of all different colours & shapes) underneath!

The first gift to be unwrapped was a fancy pair of pink earrings! Next came some US sweets (Butterfinger, Dr Pepper jelly beans & a lollipop) followed by some bikkies from Italy and then a flamingo notepad & glitter eye sleep mask. Amazing, because I had almost bought the exact notepad myself a couple of days earlier (I actually picked it up in the shop!!). Something must have told me not to :)

At this point I also noticed that there seemed to have been a single tiny scatter in 2 of the gifts but I wasn’t sure if it was intentional or coincidental. Have to say that I loved the puppy wrapping paper too, it is so cute!

After this was a snack from: the UK (a Lion bar!), Macadonia (I definitely spotted a little bee inside this one!), Ireland and Brazil...as well as a pencil case, a set of Leo necklaces, and a couple more flamingos: this time a beautiful Flamingo notebook & a flamingo shaped pen!

By now the package was really small & I felt sure it must be the last one (a lip balm) but no! one more! The very last package contained a sweet flamingo bracelet - it is adorable & it actually fits me!!

Santa, your gift was lots of fun to open - I’m so glad I was able to take the time to do so (so it wasn’t rushed) and was also able to appreciate all the little scatters too. It was great having them around (even tho they kept jumping around & sticking to everything, including me!). I even found myself rearranging them for the photos. haha. Palm tree, leaf, rabbit, teddy bear...rocking horse... even an umbrella. All so cute & yes, I’m keeping them!
