chezzum

I'm a writer, educator and university administrator (sounds exciting, I know). I'm also the father of two, fun and chaotic, children (5-year-old and a 2-year-old), and our third (and final) child coming in December. I got into fountain pens in 2020, when we were locked down. I use my fountain pens to write and draw. I journal everyday and try to draw everyday too (that's less successful). I play ukulele with my family (our sons love banging on drums and their plastic piano) and we love going camping, travelling in the summer — though this past summer it was a bit tough to do, with so many wildfires. Pre-pandemic I loved going to coffee shops to write. Now, I do it at home early morning, or late at night, when the kids aren't looking ;-).
