My Secret Santa gave me one of the best Christmases I’ve ever had and is responsible for truly touching my heart. It is because of his thoughtfulness, generosity, meticulous attention to details and extensive gifts of time and research that I will forever have some of the best memories not only of Christmas but ever -- which are the most priceless gifts.

I hope this dear person will forever know they’ve sincerely touched my heart and lifted my spirit. My Santa researched each of my favorite things and somehow found the PERFECT gifts to generously surprise me. I wrote that I love classic/vintage style and collect vintage jewelry, love Studio Ghibli/Miyazaki films and my favorite is Howl’s Moving Castle, and love Japanese/Korean skincare and my Santa astounded and stunned me with:

— The most adorable collectable stuffed animal of my favorite Studio Ghibli movie Howl’s Moving Castle character Calcifer!! (which is extra special to me because of the symbol and role he plays in this story!)

Any single one of these gifts would have been a gift that I would be thrilled and amazed to receive — it is actually still difficult for me to comprehend that all of this kindness and graciousness was put forth on my behalf and I’ll be forever grateful to my Santa. My Santa also took the time to write thoughtful notes with each gift (which I am saving in my scrapbook). Every time I read these notes or look at/use my gifts I will be transported to these moments in time thanks to my amazing Santa.
