Otherwise...guess I'll just list some things I spend my time on:
Martial Arts I've done Aikido, Jodo, Iaido, Jukempo, and Kendo for over a decade, a bit of fencing, and I recently started Karate.
Reading ...I spend way too much time reading, a lot of it online and of varying quality. Favourite authors include: Douglas Adams (esp. Last Chance to See), John C. McCrae (esp. Worm), Patrick Rothfuss, and Jim Butcher
Webcomics & Manga I don't read quite as many of those as in my teenage years, but it still happens regularly. Favourites include, but are not limited to, "Muted" (the one about witches, not the other one), Seed (the one about the AI, not the other one), "Four Leaf", "The Ancient Magus' Bride", "Frieren: Beyond Journey's End", and "Gunnerkrigg Court".
Games Various tabletop RPGs, mostly fantasy (urban and otherwise), though I don't particularly like D&D I play Pathfinder 2e most commonly recently, but other favourites inclue Changeling: The Lost, Fate, and Pathfinder 1e (I GM quite often, usually homebrewed content) Occasionally Magic: The Gathering (nowadays mostly online, haven't actually bought myself any cards in over a decade) Some computer games, current favourites: Hollow Knight, Horizon Zero Dawn, Celeste, Undertale. Currently playing Baldur's Gate 3 and Tears of the Kingdom, both of which are great as well. With Pokémon Legends Arceus I also started playing pokémon again. (And it's the best pokémon game I've ever played.)

Geocaching Sometimes
Drawing/Making I occasionally enjoy doing stuff with my hands, though neither do I do that often, nor am I particularly good at it.
Writing Same as above, really. I usually tell my stories via TTRPGs instead.
AI related research Doing a PhD in that, so that's quite a bit of my time going there.
