Hello! I am a 30-something Midwest transplant (originally from Michigan). I work in cancer research/healthcare, and own a small business with my wonderful wife (she make tabletop games and I help with events, outreach and a bit of writing). We've been together for over a decade and have been attached at the hip since day one. As an openly gay wife to a trans woman, LGBTQ+/trans rights are incredibly important to us.

We're both INCREDIBLY nerdy. We're super into anime, tabletop RPGs, and video games (we play a toooon of FFXIV). I have an interest in medicine, especially in Radiology and Oncology. I am also a chronic illness/pain warrior, with progressive nerve damage in my lower body with a (currently) unknown cause. Because of this, we've had to downsize a bit lately, so I've become more interested in experiences rather than material things. That being said, I'm trying to get back into music (I was a vocal performance major a lifetime ago), so I love anything related to that. I'm also trying to get back into streaming this year, fingers crossed I can actually find time to set a schedule!

I also love to cook, and I am always happy to receive cook books (gluten free preferred but not required) and kitchen gadgets. Organizing also makes me happy.
