I am a copy editor who works from home, which means I wear lots of cozy clothes and fuzzy socks! My dream is to someday write and publish a fantasy series, but I just have to find the time to actually get it done and stick with it. I still think I can learn more about writing, world building, and publishing though!

I also love reading, from fantasy to fiction to mystery to books on writing and literature to poetry to travelogues to books about platypuses and birds. Books are basically my life!

My other big hobby is board games. I even have an Instagram account solely dedicated to board games, where I review games I've played and interact with lots of cool people. I love anything that's a mystery, an adventure game, a campaign game, a storytelling game, or a word game. And co-op games are super fun because they mean my husband and I get to work together and everyone wins! I also really like to paint board game miniatures.

I also like to go on long runs, make lattes on my Breville Barista Pro espresso machine, drink herbal tea before bed, and write letters to penpals around the world. I collect stationery and stickers so I can decorate those letters and make them pretty. I also use the stickers and washi tape to decorate my journal, which I write in daily.

I love stuffed animals, especially platypuses, and I love everything Disney. As part of my mindfulness routine, I also do lots of coloring, stretching, and walking around the neighborhood. I'm hoping to get back into running soon, as well as make more healthy veggie-focused recipes.
