Hey gifter!

So I'm Laura! I'm 31, living in the very North of England with my husband and little boy. I'm a psychotherapist, and became a first time mum to our little boy Teddy.

I'm passionate about all things mental health, and spend most of my days trying to help other people. My job can be really intense, so when I'm not working I'm all about family time, self care through pamper days, baths, candles, and Spotify. You'll always find me listening to something, anything from American country to the classic noughties rock/metal (bringing back those goth /emo days😂).

Autumn is my favourite season, aside from the great colour pallet (hello ginger hair!) anyone who knows me knows I have an unwavering love of scarves, bobble hats and cosy blankets. And I don't think you can have too many!

Most of my time out of work is spent with my little boy, who is the absolute best thing that's ever happened to me. I'm loving being a mum, and everyone tells me that they sleep through the night eventually!
