Hi, I'm Ellen! I work part time as an assistant manager at a charity shop, and I'm also a carer for my mum. I'm a big fan of the works of Gerry Anderson - His most famous work was Thunderbirds. I'm lactose intolerant but I do have medication that I can take to eat dairy. Which is good, because I don't overly like dairy free products. I'm not a fan of dark chocolate and it's hard to find things that are just dairy free as they also tend to be gluten free and wheat free.
