First and foremost I want to thank OneTwistedSister for the time and thought she put into picking out my gift. Her communication was fantastic and I could feel the care she put into my gift.

I came home today to find two packages from my santa and let me say, I feel absolutely spoiled! The first package contained the game Sequence along with a snack mix. I have never played Sequence before. My santa shared that it is a game she has enjoyed playing with friends and I am excited to play it soon for game night! I will do my best to save the snacks for game night as well :)

The second package came from Leading Men Fiber Arts! Inside were two mini skeins of fingering weight yarn, some HiyaHiya Knitter's Safety Pins, a stitchable bag ID tag, and a pretty awesome sticker. The yarn is squishy and oh so soft! I love both colorways. I have not yet decided if I am going to use them for some hexipuffs for my beekeeper's quilt or some striping on a sock project but either way I am excited! The stitchable bag ID tag is pretty cute and clever. After I write this I am stitching my initials into it and putting it on my project bag. The safety pins will be put to good use and the sticker is going on a notions case.

Update I received an unexpected third package yesterday from my santa. The package contained more mini skeins of yarn and more importantly, a letter! I had mentioned in my notes that I enjoyed snail mail. My santa sent me a detailed, handwritten letter introducing herself. We have quite a bit in common! She offered to become pen pals which I cheerfully accept! I look forward to our future correspondence. I know everyone has mentioned this but I am very sad about RedditGifts ending. I feel like the opportunity to connect with others I would have otherwise never met is such a neat part of this process. I am thankful that OneTwistedSister and I got matched before this thing ended and that we have the opportunity to swap letters about knitting, books, games, and life!
