I am a creative person that has a ton of ideas and not as much time as I would like to spend on making them a reality. My current creative outlet is crochet, I have a goal to finish 10 projects this year and am on track to meet that goal, my new interest is in hand dying yarn, I have fallen down a rabbit hole there and have a ton of ideas on colorways to create for new projects I want to start. I want to challenge myself to a wearable item this next year (like a sweater or something along those lines) I have an obsession with Halloween and make a lot of the items that are displayed in our yard, for the next year I will be working to bring my idea of turning our porch into a crypt/dungeon scene a reality. So I will be fabricating some iron looking cages, and sourcing skeletons and bones for the scene. I am also expanding my haunted pumpkin patch, so I am searching out more carve-able pumpkins for that. I love to watch movies with my hubby, we usually spend at least one evening during the week with that as our time together, snuggling up on the couch with our favorite snacks and enjoying a movie we haven't seen before. Sometimes its a brand new blockbuster, and other times its an older indie film that has been recommended to us. I also love to cook and bake. I do a huge cookie baking day with the kids and grandkids during the holidays, we are all about the experiences instead of the gifts, so this is one that we make time for every year as a tradition.
My home is a mix of tradition and farmhouse style, in grays, white, and blues as the color pallet. I collect Ravens and Crows, so I am always on the hunt for new items from local artists when I travel to add to that - photos, drawings, etc. I play Diablo 3 on the PC and Spyro the Dragon on PS4 , and Pokemon Go on my phone- and I love most any puzzle game. I like to read, romance and crime novels are my favorite genres
