Wow wow wow. We are immensely grateful for the amazing gifts! You obviously paid attention to our notes and managed to pick out things that are absolutely perfect for us and yet still caught us by surprise! I want to thank you for each item, and I'll do it in the order that we saw them as we opened your wonderful package.

Karma immediately perked up when she saw the cactus toy! It was like she knew it was for her. She waited very excitedly as I took the photo of all the gifts because I knew she wouldn't want to part with it. Sure enough, as soon as we gave it to her she was rolling on the floor playing with it. My wife's parent's dog saw the fun and decided she wanted to guard the toy for a while. Karma followed her around and made sure it returned to the proper pup eventually. And I love the fact that it has a squeaker ball inside for once the fabric tears (our dog can be rough on fabric toys so this is perfect!).

Next we saw the Tardis note and bookstands. Doctor Who is always special to us (watching "Blink" together was the finale of our 2nd date), and it just so happened that we've been discussing our need to reorganize our bookshelves! The bookstands look amazing and we already know just where we're going to use them (I'm an all-around nerd. They will proudly hold up my TTRPG books). The note was also wonderful, is it handmade? It looks amazing! Thanks for the words of kindness and well wishes.

Then we were very excited to see the assortment of furikake (I assume that's what they all were, my wife is more knowledgeable about that than I am). She immediately grabbed the packages and started reading them, so it is both a marvelous gift of food for a couple of foodies and it is also great language practice for her! We're going to make modified onigiri for my work lunch sometime soon!

And finally, I'm particularly grateful for the set of loom hooks, needles, yarn tags, and clips. Seriously, another perfect and perfectly timed gift. I've just started getting into more complicated (for me at least) loom knitting techniques and this set covered a lot of things I was missing! We had lost our yarn needle that came with my loom. Well, now we have about a dozen! And I had only just had it recommended to me to grab some yarn tags two weeks ago when I had to hand count the number of rows I had done on a project. Now I have a bag of them! Thank you so much.

You truly went above and beyond, and it is heartwarming to see that you obviously took great care to read about us, think about us, and choose a generous plethora of gifts. Thank you SO MUCH.
