Profile
Hi, I'm a 30-year-old male from Belgium, working as a network and system engineer. While I'm passionate about my career, I'm also currently in my third year of pursuing an associate's degree in Programming, as I believe in continuous learning and expanding my skillset.
When I'm not working or studying, I enjoy a variety of hobbies. I've been a vegetarian for over 20 years, making conscious choices about my lifestyle and diet. As a gaming enthusiast, I have an extensive Steam library boasting 1800+ games, which I enjoy in my free time. I also love outdoor activities like hiking and skiing, with the Austrian and French Alps being my favorite destinations.
Travel and exploring new cultures are passions of mine, allowing me to broaden my horizons and learn from the diverse customs and traditions I encounter. I'm a coffee and tea enthusiast, appreciating the art of brewing the perfect cup and exploring different flavors. I also have a growing collection of watches, which reflects my attention to detail and admiration for craftsmanship.
As an avid fan of anime and manga, I particularly enjoy genres like slice of life, comedy, and fantasy, immersing myself in captivating stories and richly-imagined worlds. My love for collecting curiosities ranges from Disney drawings to ancient Egyptian artifacts, showcasing my eclectic tastes and appreciation for history and art. My biggest collection is from Disney's Animation movie Robin Hood. My most extraordinary piece is a framed meteorite from Mars (!!!).
One of my most endearing interests is my admiration for foxes. This fascination has led me to accumulate a unique collection of fox-related items, including plushies, figures, and embroidered towels. My passion extends beyond collectibles, as I actively support numerous charities such as local nature and animal charities, worldwide organizations like Oxfam and WWF, cancer research initiatives, and ecotree projects. This involvement reflects my commitment to giving back to the community and making a positive impact on the world.
