Nothing beats than finding out you have some lovely gifts waiting for you when you come to home from a trip! 😍
I was super excited for this exchange and gifter absolutely nailed it! I think they accidentally had a topic of past, present and future in them!
Starting from the past; I received a CD with koto music and oh gosh I had no idea Amazon sells any!? I've just either had to play it myself or go to watch YouTube videos! However, what I was really excited about it is that it has the very first song I ever learned in my lessons; Kojou no Tsuki, and that's such a blast from the past! It's hard to find it as people often see it as a boring tune but for me, it will always have a place in my heart since it's where my hobby started. Had to listen the cd through today during my shift at work.☺️
When it comes to present; gifter bought me a book on making candies because I've wanted to take up on it, and there's so many delish recipes I want to try right away! It also teaches stuff that anyone making candy should know so it's more like a study book than anything else.
Now, before CoVid hit I was supposed to start training for half-marathon but unfortunately we all know what happened then. Quarantines and a lot more. I decided to try again this year and funnily enough, I mentioned my partner just week or so ago how my water bottle smells funny after using it for so long. Is my gifter a telepath or a stalker? 🤔 We'll never know. Hopefully in the near future, maybe as fast as at the end of the year I'm back to the shape I was before CoVid and even better; able to tackle that cursed halfie.
Thank you so much gifter, these are absolutely gorgeous gifts and even more I was imagining to receive! ❤️ Thank you, thank you thank you SO MUCH!!!
