Motivational water bottle and dumbbells :-)

For the New Year's Resolution exchange, I received two parcels.

The first one contained such a beautiful 1l-water bottle with motivational sentences on it. You know exactly, how much you have already drunk and how much you still have to drink. It also has a small department where you can put a slice of a lemon or anything such to give some fresh/fruity taste to the water. Great! I absolutely love the design and how the colours are melting. Awesome!

In the second (small, but heavy for its size) parcel, I found two 0,5kg-dumbbells. I've never owned dumbbells, so this was a good choice to motivate me for a different kind of workout. I'm sure, they will be at good use for me :-)
