b.nonymousApr 10, 2023It is said that angels walk among us, and I have no doubt - my gifter is a true angel... a rematch-gifter with a giving heart and a caring vibration. How fortunate I am to have recieved these gifts of kindness and generosity. My gifter totally spoiled me!
Each gift was wrapped in the most beautiful paper, and I just loved the handwritten notecard. Inside were a pair of nice, fresh potholders, A LOT of beautiful new dishtowels, and wonderful and interesting cookbook that I can't wait to read this weekend. To top it off, my gifter chose to also gift me a hand held Mandoline slicer - which I think will soon be my new favorite kitchen gadget!
To say that I truly love all of these thoughtful (and useful) gifts is an understatement, I will put everything to good use, and will be reminded of the kindness of my gifter each time I use them. But what I honestly think is the best gift of all - it's just knowing there are kind hearted people out there, willing to take time to share and care about a random stranger. This is a true essence of what we need more of in our society. People caring about each other, sending out a waves of love and connection.
I've always loved participating in these exchanges, and I look forward to signing up to be a re-match gifter myself.
