My Santa is from the Republic of Ireland and sent me lots of local snacks that look too good! I've already eaten the packs of fudge (chocolate, normal) and they were absolutely delicious. The last few evenings I've been nibbling away on the bar of milk chocolate (really good quality!) with Irish creme. It's also absolutely wonderful. And then there are crisps that I've never tried before! I love crisps, and this is just brilliant. Also, Santa sent me a pack of mint tea and various spices. I had to laugh about them being take away spice mixes. Oh, I'm sure I'll love them! I just don't get this kind of take away here, thus I'll cook my own now. Also there's a book with Irish recipes! I'm currently planning a stew and this book will help me. And a fieldguide to Santas local area. Looking at this, the geology looks super interesting. Thus all in all a wonderful hometown gift, and a future travel to Ireland will follow.
