My Swedish Santa made a great effort to make my holiday a bit better. Somehow they realized I like snacks so they wasted no time and collected some of Sweden’s finest treats and included a nice postcard which’s always a big plus! It’s that easy to make someone happy.
On the other hand it was a bittersweet gift. The barbaric postmen of Europe made everything in their power to ruin my gift. Even though the snacks stood up against this cruelty, the brave chocolate Santas could not stand a chance and died a terrible death. May them rest in peace! Thank God chocolate tastes the same when ugly!
Even worse, the inhumanity of the so called servicemen took its toll on the gingerbread house as well. At first glance it didn’t look that bad, so we decided to give it a try and fix it with the help of the glue sent by my Santa. But as we advanced with the process we had to admit our limits and declare the house unsaveable. Curse on you postmen of the Devil! (Maybe it was the the Grinch itself)
Anyhow, I’m grateful for this beautiful batch of gifts and really appreciate all the effort you put into this! I apologise for the late post, but I wanted to make it with the built gingerbread house. I hope you’ll have a wonderful Christmas and an even better New Year! Take care!
