Good things take time

There is a saying in German, Gut Ding will Weile haben, which translates to good things take time. This package took its time in transit, so much so that I was worried, it may have gotten lost somewhere. Now knowing what was in it, I see why. Gut Ding will Weile haben.

Everything was thoughtfully and beautifully wrapped, with a hand written card in an envelope. Unwrapping revealed a couple of cute candles, a festive sounding tea, three aromatic spices to add to my collection, and the showstopper - a cast iron pan. It is heavy, it is beautiful, it is something I‘ve pined for every time I saw one in a store. I‘m going to have so much fun with it. This is amazing. Thank you so much!
