An awesome present for me!

I am complicated to get a gift for. I ask for items that represent the area where someone of from. This year I got someone from Alaska as my Secret Santa. And my Secret Santa got me an ulu. It’s a knife used by native Alaskans for over 5 millennium. I love it! It’s almost too pretty to use. But, that’s not going to stop me. It’s going to see some pretty hefty use.

I also got a sweet little hand written note. For some reason I really love personal touches like that.
