Above and beyond

Originally Santa had something come up with work and was unable to meet the "shipping" deadline (don't we all get burdened with surprises sometimes). Santa was constantly in contact with me throughout the process, however.

When Santa got a moment, Santa sent me proof of a donation to the local to me Animal shelter :) Which I am very pleased with because, as humans find it difficult to adjust to rising costs, the already limited animal shelter donations, take a back seat.

Although the shelter donation exceeded the suggest gift donation amount, Santa has provided a few wrapped presents to boot.

Thanks Santa. I will try and upload a pic when I log in from my phone.

While I appreciate getting gifts for myself from Reddit strangers, it makes me most happy/pleased when a donation is given...It makes me feel like it's a double gift. One for me, knowing because I asked or suggested, someone or someplace else is getting helped. It really means more to me to be able to share my happiness. Thank you for hitting it out of the ballpark, Santa. You're amazing and I am very grateful.
